Topic: Winning the customer over with effective Project Management "An MMS Case Study"
Abstract: Once you've made the sale, you need to deliver. You
initiate a project and the outcome is a dismal failure. You end up with
one very dissatisfied customer. What happens though, if the customer
gives you a second chance? You cannot afford to fail a second time. How
do you guarantee success on a complex program of work having
experienced failure before? Find out how Ericsson used the lessons
learned technique combined with effective project management processes
to engage the customer and successfully deliver a hugely complex
Multimedia Messaging System. More importantly, find out what critical
factors contributed to a happy customer and how Ericsson turned around
customer perception using effective project management techniques.
Speakers:
Joseph Dawson MBCS MNZCS PMP DipBus (IS) - Senior Project
Manager with Ericsson Communications Limited and Programme Manager on
the MMS Program of Work. Joseph has over 20 years experience in the IT
industry and has managed projects across a cross section of industry.
Ralph Hoflich

behind the successful delivery of the Ericsson MMS solution. Ralph has
